Unable to Install

Following the directions, I am unable to install invoke-training. Here is the log I created after running step 3 on the basic installation page .

What version of Python are you using to install? ERROR: Ignored the following versions that require a different python version: 2.2.4.5 Requires-Python <3.11,>=3.9; --- suggests that you might not be using a valid python version for the install
