ara-diac-small-int8static-2.1— the gated static-int8 artifact (calibrated QUInt8 activations, dynamic-int8 encoder + static decoder composition): 2,480-sample parity cer_delta 0.1038pp, zero confident-position flips, 491 MiB, +8% CPU decode vs dynamic-int8. Index verified live with sha256 sidecar.Follows the pre-authorized release chain: artifact gated → models.yaml (#227) → index-v6 → this bump → 5.5.1.
