[Feature Request]: Upgrade table_with_settings to accept gtsummary object

Feature description

Currently, table_with_settings only accept rtables:

teal.widgets/R/table_with_settings.R

Lines 99 to 101 in 8c19761

	if (!requireNamespace("rtables", quietly = TRUE)) {
	stop("package rtables is required, please install")
	}

We need widgets to handle gtsummary or gt object.

Please decide whether to create a new function or improve the current table_with_settings.
