@visimer/*@0.1.0 is now on npm and its dist ships the fixes we previously carried as a local patch, so patches/@inkeep%2Fmermaid-wysiwyg-dom@0.1.0.patch is retired. Adds @visimer/* to minimumReleaseAgeExclude so fresh publishes are not blocked by the cooldown.
