chore(cli): update ODP and InFlow SDK dependencies

Summary

• Update ODP agent to 0.4.5 and directory to 0.4.0.
• Update InFlow MPP to 0.10.1, MPP buyer to 0.7.3, and x402/x402 buyer to 0.10.0.
• Align x402 core with the SDKs' required 2.27.0 minimum.
• Keep AEP agent 0.5.0, AEP core 0.6.0, and ODP core 0.3.8 unchanged; they are already current.

Includes a CLI patch changeset. No local SDK links or unrelated dependency upgrades.
