💡 What: Optimized script reading in 10khr_cron_verify.py by pre-reading src once and passing it directly into _can_send(src), eliminating redundant file open/read operations for every script checked during D9 verification. Replaced os.walk in D5 checklist checks with direct os.path.isdir and os.listdir calls.

🎯 Why: In verification loops checking skill scripts, opening and reading each script file twice (first for outbound safety checks, then for CLI entrypoint and --help verification) incurred unnecessary disk I/O. Using os.walk for a single references/ directory check created extra tuple and generator overhead.

📊 Impact: Eliminates 50% of script file open/read syscalls in 10khr_cron_verify.py D9 verification loops and removes os.walk overhead.

🔬 Measurement: Verified with unit tests (PYTHONPATH=scripts python3 -m unittest discover -s tests).

…erify

- Pre-read script source once and pass directly to _can_send to eliminate duplicate file open/read operations per script in D9 verification.
- Replace os.walk generator/tuple allocation with direct os.path.isdir and os.listdir traversal on references/ in D5 checklist check.
