Connect the production console at https://iconctl.icebreaker.top to this repository. The workflow runs the executor pinned to 06470b6, authenticates tasks through GitHub OIDC, and serializes runs without cancellation.
Publishing still requires a snapshot confirmation in the console. No npm publish is triggered by merging this workflow.
Validation: generated directly from the deployed runnerWorkflow implementation; 23 Worker tests, 103 workspace tests, repo doctor --strict, repo check --full, and three browser tests passed.
