Upgrades the
hf-hubdependency from 0.4 to 1.0 and migratesfrom_pretrainedto the new API: theureqfeature is replaced byblocking, and the oldApiBuilder/Repoflow is replaced withHFClientSync+ thedownload_filebuilder. Behavior is unchanged (env token/endpoint fallback, bare identifiers, and revisions all work as before); verified withcargo test --features http --test from_pretrainedagainst the live Hub. cc @MCPotato
