Implement crystaldynamicsFoam demo workflows #582

This will likely be an epic.

crystaldynamicsFoam is software built on top of OpenFoam.

There are two examples that Tom would like implemented:

• Circle Squash which is a Guassian velocity profile
• Grains case different orientations which is a "shock wave" example

Matflow should modify the boundary conditions file.
