feat(mobile): 简化「自动」页面，进阶设置迁至「更聪明的 CoCo」 - #64

- 「自动」tab 仅保留「通知监听」一步，降低首次配置心智 - 通知权限 + 后台运行迁移到「我的」→「工具」→「更聪明的 CoCo」二级页面 - 通知监听已开但未配齐通知权限时显示轻量提示条引导用户去优化 - 抽离 SetupStep / GuideImage 共享组件供两处复用 - 抽离 lib/auto-bookkeeping 与 useAutoBookkeepingStatus hook， 消除原生模块加载与权限轮询的跨文件重复，并通过 useFocusEffect 避免 stack push 后双 interval 并发
避免用户频繁登录，将 jwt_access_expire_minutes 从 60 分钟（1 小时） 调整为 10080 分钟（7 天），与 refresh token 30 天形成更平滑的层次
