Koyr Studio

Adekoya Oluwafemi — Product Designer & Engineer.
I design, build and lead products end to end — the strategy, the design, and the code.

Koyr is my studio. I work across the whole arc of a product — the why, the how it looks, and (increasingly) the how it's built — sometimes solo end to end, sometimes leading design alongside a team. I care about the model before the features, and I sweat the small stuff that makes something feel finished.

Building

🚩 SwiftCart — a nationwide delivery marketplace, and the platform that runs it

Customers order from nearby restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets in one app; independent, licensed local delivery companies fulfil every order with their own riders and payment accounts.

The interesting part is the model: running deliveries nationwide normally means one company holding all the licences and payment infrastructure — a wall for a solo founder. So SwiftCart turns the wall into the business — the companies that already hold those licences become the fulfilment layer, and SwiftCart licenses them the brand, the marketplace and the software. A licensing blocker became a SaaS moat.

A four-sided platform I designed and built solo — customer, vendor, rider and admin apps, a multi-tenant backend, and the marketing site.

🌐 swiftcartapp.co (pre-launch) · 💻 Marketing site — public repo 🔒 The four apps — customer · vendor · rider · admin — are private (it's a launching product). Each carries a full case-study README; happy to walk through the code on request.

📸 FieldSnap — field documentation, done on site

A mobile tool for engineers and technicians — HVAC, electrical, solar, facilities — to capture, annotate and organise their work in the field instead of scrambling for notes later. Designed and built, live on Google Play.

Leading product design

ChurchApp and Diaspora — leading product design on two mobile products currently in active development, from research and flows through to a shipped design system.

What I do

Product thinking — finding the model, not just the features. Reframing constraints into strategy. Product design — coherent brands and systems, accessible by default (WCAG 2.1 AA), down to the details. Product engineering — shipping the whole thing: multi-tenant systems, per-company payments, mobile and web, deployed and live.

Building with

React Native · Expo · TypeScript · Supabase (Postgres · Row-Level Security) · PostgreSQL · vanilla HTML/CSS/JS · Figma

A product of Koyr. Built for real people, by one.
