allow linestrings to be processed via the command-line hexbins

• linestrings: calculate the median point of a line segment, and use that for the command-line hexbin calculation. If the median point falls outside of the hexbin, don't count it
• what about polygons? generate centroid, but which method? mapshaper? see also use mapshaper for centroids #227
