- go.mod: 批量升级依赖到最新版本（sarama v1.61.1、etcd v3.7.2、quic-go v0.63.0、 minio-go v7.3.0、excelize v2.11.0、go-redis v9.22.0、golang.org/x/* 等），go 指令细化为 1.26.0
- tools/any2any.go: reflect.Ptr 改用 reflect.Pointer，reflect.TypeOf 改用泛型 reflect.TypeFor， 嵌套结构体递归处复用已声明的 err 变量
- tools/array.go: 分块循环改用 range over int 与内置 min，精简 CutStrSlice2Slice 的越界分支
