Summary

  • add the serializable, idempotent Nakama terminal-result commit boundary
  • freeze canonical match batches in a durable outbox and publish through an isolated HTTPS signer
  • scaffold collectible issue/revoke publication with a dedicated signer and database role
  • materialize match and collectible state only after HAF irreversibility, including fork and retry reconciliation
  • document the pipeline and add narrowly scoped database grants and role tests

Verification

  • npm run verify
  • real PostgreSQL role/path smoke tests for batch freezing, signer journals, HAF match and collectible finality, and outbox reconciliation
  • dependency audit: 0 vulnerabilities

@mohammadibrahim3 Approved — match/collectible publication pipeline. Reviewed + CI green; 104 tests pass. Server-attested unforgeable publication, strict public-facts-only envelopes (no PII path on-chain), idempotent batching with modeled corrections, WAX-only, and DB isolation test-enforced against cross-role forgery. Exemplary. 🎉
