Promotes the merged M4 work (#3–#8: WebGL deploy, Hive/Google auth, publication + HAF projector pipelines, lobby lifecycle, nomination/rounds, server-authoritative Casual round) from develop to main.
Note: hive-chameleon has no auto production-deploy workflow yet (tracked in issue #9) — this promotion brings main current and runs CI, but the live WebGL still deploys via the manual script until that pipeline lands.
