Closing VIIPER virtual-controller connections stuck

Describe the bug
whenever the program tries to stop the service, or if you do it manually, it gets stuck on Closing VIIPER virtual-controller connections and wont be able to start again, unless you completely exit and open it again.

still happening on the latest version. completely uninstalled ds4windows and usbip and reinstalled, happening again.
