Support for fold or reduce?

Hey! Right now there is no support out of the box for simple aggregations like fold or reduce (even though fold appears in the docs).

Could you support that? Even more ideal would be min, max, and sum like Kubernetes does in their CEL implementation.

Yes! Plan is to follow and contribute to the upstream Rust implementation rather than adding functions in my python wrapper.

Will update the compliance docs with those!

For context, we're planning on using this package to support benchmark level metric expressions in Terminal-Bench if we can get some basic aggregations implemented :)

I've updated the docs in #15 and added a test so when it is implemented upstream we should know about it.

Upstream are concentrating on a few other things than full spec compliance and builtin methods just yet - https://github.com/cel-rust/cel-rust/pulls but I'll keep an eye on it and try update this issue
