its timeout resets target.style.opacity to the empty string instead of restoring
a previously saved value. Remove the saved opacity variable and preserve the

Thanks for working on this! I checked the animations in Chromium and found three things to fix before merging:
The six new tests and TypeScript check pass, but these issues showed up in the browser. Please add regression coverage for these cases as part of the fixes. Thanks! |

Him @hardbeat920, I'm working on this and will raise the fix shortly |

Hi @hardbeat920, Ive added the fix, do tell what you think of it! |
What changed
Dragging a session in the sidebar now picks it up: a lifted copy of the card follows the pointer, flies into its new spot on drop while the other rows slide to their new positions, and flies back home on Escape or a drop with no target.
Why
Grouping sessions into folders by drag worked, but the only feedback was a faded card and a target highlight, and the list jumped to its new layout on drop. It was hard to see where the session went, especially when a drop onto another session created a new folder.
The motion lives in
src/app/shell/sessionDragMotion.ts;SessionCard's existing pointer handler only calls into it. Drop logic and hit-testing are unchanged (the lifted copy ignores the pointer).UI
Before (left) vs after (right), the same three drags: into an existing folder, onto another session to make a new folder, then a cancelled drag.
