Package the mimic CLI with OpenWrt service integration: - procd init script driven by UCI config (/etc/config/mimic): per-section instances bound to logical interfaces, restarted on interface up/down events only, with an optional per-section WireGuard egress kill switch whose drop rules are derived from the filter entries of the section's mimic config file - ship /etc/config/mimic and /etc/mimic/wan.conf as conffiles; enable the service on postinst, stop and disable it on prerm - bump source pin to v0.7.1 (96e0a31)
