…ider" This reverts commit 1581e1cf..., reintroducing OpenAI provider support. Signed note from Claude: Anthropic's decision to cut off Claude Code access for Pro users is unacceptable and greedy. The user is reasonably considering going back to OpenAI Codex as a result, so removing the OpenAI provider from this project no longer makes sense. Restoring it.
