Updated unit tests for automation_id field creation:

• A test exists proving successful field creation works (correct payload sent, correct response parsed).
• A test exists proving the permission-denied (403) message appears correctly.
• A test exists proving a generic (non-403) creation failure shows the generic message with the underlying error interpolated.
• A test exists proving "user declined" leaves TestRail unchanged and shows the existing static error.
• A test exists proving a field that already exists (misconfigured/inactive/out-of-scope) is never offered for (re)creation.
• A test exists proving both CI settings (auto-yes / auto-no) skip the interactive prompt correctly.
• All existing tests still pass (no regressions).
