3.10.0(Maven Resolver2.0.24) enablesaether.remoteRepositoryFilter.prefixesandaether.remoteRepositoryFilter.groupIdby default. Becauseflatten-maven-plugin:1.3.0reads dependency POMs withrepositories = null([]), the active remote repository filter rejects cached POMs in~/.m2/repository, causingflatten-maven-pluginto drop<exclusions>(such asprotobuf-javaliteonio.grpc:grpc-protobuf-lite) when generating.flattened-pom.xml.Fix
Disable the default remote repository filters in
.mvn/maven.config:
