This PR fixes the failing "Check external links" CI check caused by sample agents that were deleted from the adk-samples repo during cleanup in google/adk-samples#2291.
Removes dead links throughout the docs, which includes deleted samples (gemma-food-tour-guide, RAG, bidi-demo) and deleted notebooks (grounding, user-simulation), and removes accompanying text/cards that are no longer relevant.
Also corrects
adk-sampleslink text indocs/agents/config.mdand removes staleadk-samplesexclude_pathfromlychee.toml.
