Removes [turbo-stream](https://github.com/jacob-ebey/turbo-stream). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [react-router-dom](https://github.com/remix-run/react-router/tree/HEAD/packages/react-router-dom). These dependencies need to be updated together.
