BindProgress rebuilt on ProgressBar.Fraction() (now an *mvvm.Observable): seed the widget from the source then subscribe one-way (a ProgressBar is display-only). 100% coverage held. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
