Adds ctx-optimize under Codebase Analysis & Understanding. It is an open-source (MIT) CLI that parses, indexes, and makes a codebase queryable: a single Go binary builds a local graph with tree-sitter that an agent queries for symbols, callers, callees, and change impact. It matches the section's description of tools that parse, index, and make codebases queryable.
