French version does not track individual skills

Most of the damages reported in the French damage box are not attributed to the skill that caused the damage.

The damage should be attributed to the specific skill.

I don't know if it is related to this issue, but in version 4.8.3 the DPS meter is simply not working for the French client.
It was kinda working in v4.8.2 when I manually removed the [code] part from the #12

I downgraded to 4.7.1 and then it works perfectly

However, even in 4.8.3 the Heal meter was working fine.
