Updates the MemoryLint community extension from v1.4.0 to v1.5.1, submitted by @RbBtSn0w.

Changes

• extensions/catalog.community.json — updated version, download_url, description, provides.commands (2 → 3), and updated_at
• docs/community/extensions.md — updated description in community extensions table
