This PR reverts the changes introduced in PR #114, restoring the previous JSON output behavior that separates JSON messages by newlines.
- Reverts deletion of newline-separated JSON to comply with protocol requirements
- Removes the "pretty-print-json" flag from configuration and associated code changes

Reverts #114
This change breaks the protocol, which expects json to be separated by newlines. To avoid confusion, this is being reverted.
Instead, users are encouraged to use:
mcpcurlscript/prettyprint-logto format log results
