404.html suggests where to go when a page is missing. The list was written before the glossary and FAQ existed, so the two pages most likely to answer a lost visitor's question are not offered.

- Add the glossary and the FAQ to the suggestions in the page body
- Write a few words on each saying what it is for, matching the existing entries
- The nav and footer already link them — this is about the suggestion list in the content
