Glossary is missing 'Pull' and 'Fetch' #31

Description

@pushpam2404

Context

These two are the classic pair that beginners mix up, because they sound identical and do different things. git pull is in our own Git basics page without ever being defined.

What to change

Files: data/glossary.json

Requirements:

  • Add one object for Pull and one for Fetch
  • Make the difference between them explicit — that is the whole point of the pair
  • short stays one sentence each
  • Cross-reference them with seeAlso

Acceptance criteria

  • Both terms appear on the glossary page
  • A reader can tell from the entries which one changes their files
  • The JSON still parses

How to verify locally

python3 -m http.server 8000

Then open http://localhost:8000.

Difficulty

Beginner.
