Expose the GitHits display name, support email, and publisher website in the generated Claude manifest. Document directory review requirements while preserving the existing repository-root layout.

The Claude plugin manifest now declares the GitHits display name, publisher support email, and publisher website. Add these fields through the existing generator, cover them in its tests, and document the directory review findings. The repository-root submission path and plugin structure stay unchanged.
This improves publisher metadata; the reported directory review holds still require reviewer clearance. Includes a pending patch fragment for
githits; no@githits/mcprelease impact.Validation:
