Adds Go benchmark support for comparing
licenseswith Licensee across local repositories. The result comparison separates root legal and README matches, findings elsewhere in the repository, and Licensee manifest declarations.Cold command benchmarks report time, output size, and peak resident memory. The existing scanner benchmark continues to measure warm scans with one shared matcher. Benchmark commands and interpretation notes move to
docs/benchmarking.md.
