Hovering a quota warning near the bottom of the minimum window could cut off its details. Position the existing details above the warning when necessary, clamp them horizontally, and update their position while the window scrolls or resizes. The warning's existing open/close behavior and the quota/provider state remain unchanged.

Validation:

  • pnpm run ci:source frontend: 150 tests passed, TypeScript and production build passed; version remains 1.0.21.
  • A layout regression checks bottom/right edges and repositioning after scroll and resize.
  • Actual fictional-data hover at 700 × 520 reproduced a details bottom of 582px before the fix and 475px after it, within the 520px window.
  • Design and testing documentation now include this edge behavior.
