The attribute is deprecated in `@sentry/conventions` with no single replacement: router layers already carry the route on `http.route` and middleware layers the handler name on `code.function.name`. The span name now reads those instead. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Koa router and middleware spans already carry
http.routeandcode.function.name, so the deprecatedkoa.nameattribute is dropped.
