next 15.5.24 widened its sharp range to allow 0.35.x, which bundles a patched libvips (GHSA-f88m-g3jw-g9cj). Let it resolve there instead of deduping onto the vulnerable 0.34.5 that miniflare still pins. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Bumps next from 15.5.21 to 15.5.24 with a correct lockfile, replacing #24282.
