Update Supabase Log Drains plan availability

Updates the Supabase integration docs to reflect that Supabase log drains are now generally available on the Pro plan (previously gated to Team/Enterprise). Adjusts plan-requirement language and any prerequisite callouts so users on Pro aren't told they need to upgrade.
