Dashboard messages submitted during an active run currently enter the conversation mailbox and wait for a later turn. The dashboard also provides no control for stopping the active run.
Requested behavior
- Keep queueing as the default send behavior while a run is active.
- Offer an explicit action to steer the submitted message into the active run instead.
- Offer a control to stop the active run.
- Clearly distinguish queued, steering, and stopped states in the dashboard.
