Removed unused assets/libs folder from the repository as it will be superseded by an esbuild workflow in #93.
Dependencies don't need to be commited to the repository, they are now sourced from npm and bundled by esbuild.
Also removed a lot of unused images in the assets/ folder that were carried over from Tabler's package or Huraga.
