feat: add design-ux-artifacts reference templates (part 2/2) - #35

Adds the two reference files for the design-ux-artifacts skill (merged in #34): concrete templates for all 18 structural design artifacts (problem brief through requirement-to-UI traceability) and the anti-generic-AI visual design checklist (glassmorphism, card-for-everything dashboards, generic hero-logo-strip-3-cards marketing pages, and what to prefer instead). No SKILL.md or housekeeping changes — these files were already referenced by relative path from the SKILL.md merged in #34. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
