Update the README table of contents so “Boilerplates” points to the existing “Boilerplates and libraries” heading. Context: #270. Validation: the focused anchor check and CRLF-aware git diff --check pass. This CRLF checkout uses core.autocrlf=true; unconfigured git diff --check flags the CR terminator on the changed line. The local awesome-lint and brok executables are unavailable, so those checks remain pending in CI.
