- add missing runtime dependencies for PLY simplification and Excel export
- add pytest for student-facing testing workflows and support checks
- add ir-support doctor command for common Windows package patches
- fix Trimesh simplification call for current fast-simplification API
- add doctor regression tests
- bump ir-support to 1.4.1 and ir-support-full to 0.2.2
- update full package dependency to require ir-support 1.4.1
- clean up UFO mesh visibility with double-sided triangles
