Closing — this dependency was pulled in transitively via @actions/github, and the pending thin-wrapper migration (#310) drops @actions/github (and the rest of the old dependency tree) entirely in favor of shelling out to the game-ci/cli binary. Once that PR merges, this vulnerable/outdated transitive dependency no longer ships at all, so there is nothing left here to fix. Re-open if #310 stalls and this is still needed as an interim mitigation.
