🚨 Severity: MEDIUM
πŸ’‘ Vulnerability: Backend API routes were returning raw upstream results, third-party error bodies, and specific stack trace/exception messages directly to the client when failures occurred.
🎯 Impact: This architectural gap exposed potentially sensitive diagnostic details and infrastructure information to untrusted clients, increasing the attack surface.
πŸ”§ Fix: Implemented a "fail securely" pattern across all backend API endpoints. Server-side logging (console.error) is now used to record actual errors for debugging, while generic JSON messages like "Internal server error" are returned to the client. Avoided passing through raw data from third-party services in error and response scenarios. Added an entry to .jules/sentinel.md to document this project-wide learning.
βœ… Verification: Verified by reviewing API endpoints for generic error responses and running the project's build validation (pnpm run check).

PR created automatically by Jules for task 11720330957250055103 started by @fysp11

Updated backend API endpoints (`ai-chat`, `ai-image`, `google-chat`, `tts`) to fail securely.
Exceptions and upstream error bodies are now logged server-side via `console.error`, and generic
'Internal server error' messages are returned to the client to prevent sensitive data leakage.
Created `.jules/sentinel.md` journal entry.
