Use the shared QA workflows at reviewed merged revision b5761e7. Source checks now run on Ready pull requests and the default branch, and obsolete Ready event relays are removed.
Align the public check/fix commands and pnpm 12.14.0 while preserving project-specific validation and release behavior.
Validation: workflow validation, diff whitespace check, existing source check, build and its enabled artifact checks.
