Upgrade the native engine from Fullbleed 2.5.13 to 2.5.22, with SVG raster fallback retained, so C# applications receive corrected counter scopes, filtered clipping, border-image tiling and floated first letters. Prepare FullBleed.DotNet 0.1.8 without changing the managed API, native ABI or supported frameworks/platforms. Regenerate the locked dependency provenance and keep the upstream license texts intact.
Add thirteen existing independently grounded layouts to every isolated NuGet consumer, through both direct and compiled rendering. Check counter labels, interior colors, Chrome character geometry, actual PDFs and native HTML/saved-PDF previews. Cross-platform verification compares the same assembled package on .NET 8, 9 and 10 across Windows x64, Linux x64 and both macOS architectures. Existing font, inline, tagged-PDF and public-package checks remain in place.
Local validation: native build, 3 native bridge tests, Clippy, managed build/format and 18 managed tests pass. The installed Windows package passes all 26 new layout outputs plus the existing font/family, 54 inline and 52 standard-font checks. Hash-pinned public 0.1.7 fails 24 of the 26 layouts; the two healthy controls retain identical PDFs, previews and text. Before/after drop-cap PDFs were visually reviewed. All 18 CI jobs pass. The retained assembled package passes all twelve consumers; 312 layout PDFs and both native preview sets match across platforms and the independently reviewed local outputs. The release tag will run the same gate before trusted NuGet publication.
These are fixture-specific rendering checks; they do not establish general CSS parity or blanket PDF conformance.
