The C# downloads still pinned engine 2.5.22, so users following the docs missed the long-table, forced-break and footnote fixes now published in FullBleed.DotNet 0.2.1. Update the quickstart and three starter downloads to the signed public package, with matching lockfiles, source manifests and release links.
Ordinary invoice PDFs and previews stay byte-identical. The two accessible notice PDFs contain only the reviewed table-decoration tagging change; their text, geometry and appearance stay unchanged. The linked upgrade review and refreshed veraPDF reports retain that evidence. The Python component status page now records stable 2.5.35 and continues to identify the newer API as opt-in alpha.
Validation: public NuGet signature and all 57 package entries matched the qualified release; all four C# docs verifiers passed using isolated public-package restores; both notice specimens passed pinned veraPDF 1.30.2; strict MkDocs build passed; Chrome checked four guides at 1440, 390 and 320 pixels and downloaded all three exact ZIPs. The sponsorship links were also checked.
