Re-saved all schematics, the PCB and the SOP-8 footprint with KiCad 10 (generator_version 9.0 -> 10.0). No components, nets, placements or values were changed - this only updates the file schema (new default fields, refreshed UUIDs) that KiCad 10 adds on save.
- Replace generic Package_BGA KiCad footprint with own
ccsom_Footprint_lib:BGA-324_15x15mm_Layout18x18_P0.8mm,
matching the actual GateMate BGA-324 pinout
- Add Ironwood-BGA-324-Socket footprint to the library
- Embed CCGM1A1_2.step directly in the footprint instead of
referencing a separate 3D model file
- Make fp-lib-table and sym-lib-table paths portable via
${KIPRJMOD} instead of a hardcoded local path
