Map both `Outbound OS` and `OutboundOS`, the two spellings under which their forecasts were submitted. closes forecastingresearch#260
Quotient submits forecasts with `model_organization` "Thinking Machines Lab", so the model-organization column needs a TML logo in addition to the Quotient team logo. The TML logo is their official square avatar (as used on their GitHub and X profiles). closes forecastingresearch#265
