feat(ads): read identities, Spark posts and ad comments, and answer them - #20

Adds ads identities, spark-posts, comments, reply, hide, unhide and delete-comment, and bumps fopost-go to the commit that carries them. Merge after fopost/fopost-go#feature/tiktok-ads; the pseudo-version here points at that branch's commit and is re-bumped on the SDK's release.
Catalogs, the ad archive and the Google subcommand landed on main while this branch sat; the TikTok commands join them. go.mod is re-pinned to the fopost-go branch commit that carries its own merge of main, and is re-bumped on that SDK's release.
